Document Conversion Conversion
For scanned PDFs and documents with images
Upload PDF Files
Navigate to Document Conversion and upload your PDF files (up to 200MB each). You can upload multiple files at once: 3 files for individual users, 10 files for organization members.
Choose Options
Select output format (HTML, Markdown, DOCX, ODT, EPUB, LaTeX, and more). Enable image descriptions to get detailed descriptions of diagrams, charts, and illustrations. Optionally convert math equations to ASCII text format for faster screen reader navigation. Choose description language from 150+ supported languages.
Advanced Processing
Our OCR extracts text accurately, recognizes mathematical equations and formulas, and generates detailed image descriptions using custom vision models. Processing handles complex STEM content including algebra, calculus, physics, and chemistry notation.

Receive email notification when complete. Download accessible documents from the Documents page.

Document Restructuring
For Word, HTML, EPUB, ODT, and RTF files
Already have documents in accessible formats but lacking proper structure? Our restructuring service organizes unstructured content with proper headings, sections, and navigation markers for better screen reader compatibility.
Upload Documents
Supported formats: DOCX (Microsoft Word), HTML, EPUB (eBooks), ODT (OpenDocument), RTF. Multiple files supported: 3 for individuals, 10 for organizations.
Intelligent Analysis
System extracts text and images directly (no OCR needed). Checks if document is already structured. Optionally converts math equations to ASCII text format for faster screen reader access. If structured (like EPUB), skips restructuring but still charges credits for processing.
Smart Restructuring
If unstructured, custom models add proper headings, organize sections logically, and create navigation structure. Optionally generates image descriptions if images are present in the document.

Upload Image
Go to Image Chat and upload any image file (up to 10MB). Supports JPG, PNG, WEBP, and more.
Receive Description
Get comprehensive description covering overall scene, main subjects, colors, text content, spatial relationships, and notable features.
Ask Questions
Type follow-up questions in natural language. Ask about specific details, colors, text, relationships, or context. Get detailed answers based on the image content. Up to 5 follow-up questions per conversation at no additional charge.

Image Maps
Explore complex images section by section
Upload Complex Image
Go to Image Maps and upload images with multiple elements like diagrams, anatomical charts, maps, or detailed technical illustrations.
Grid Generation
System divides image into grid sections (typically 3x3 or 4x4). Each section receives individual description.
Navigate Sections
Use keyboard arrows or buttons to move between grid sections. Each section has detailed description. WCAG 2.1 AA compliant with ARIA labels and live regions for screen reader compatibility.
